Synopsis:

Ian is a Partner in Fairhurst's Glasgow office and has over 23 years experience in the design, project management and procurement of a wide range of highway projects and studies in the UK and overseas. He leads a section delivering on renewables, roads, bridges and water sectors.

Ian's experience extends across disciplines from inception and planning through to site works, and includes roads and structures design, environmental assessment and renewables solutions. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the procurement process for traditional and design & build schemes, and has acted as the Engineer for  a range of construction projects.

Ian currently serves on ICE Scotland's regional committee.
