Synopsis:
Alan is a partner of W A Fairhurst & Partners with over 30 years experience in civil engineering. His particular fields of expertise are in project management, design and procurement in the sectors of major bridges, roads, water supply, sewage treatment and flooding and he has been responsible for delivering major projects in all these areas.
He leads the team of civil engineers in Fairhurst’s Glasgow office and regularly manages multi-disciplinary design teams with input from other specialist groups within the firm and outside.
