Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2007

The introduction of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM2007) brought a major revision to health and safety risk management in the construction industry. The aim is for health and safety considerations to be treated as an essential but normal part of a project’s development.

Fairhurst provide CDM 2007 services to clients principally through the CDM Co-ordinator role following on from many years experience as planning supervisors. Fairhurst have a team of CDM co-ordinators, registered with the Association for Project Safety, to provide a nationwide service to a wide variety of clients.

We have provided lecturers on CDM 2007 to various bodies including local branches of the Institution of Civil Engineers and local authorities.
